The Scout makes the pack go.  Leaders make sure the Scouts go in the right direction.


Steve Hillin, Cubmaster - cubmaster@pack828.org

Steve joined the Pack with his oldest son became a Tiger.  He has served two years as an Assistant Cubmaster (Quartermaster) and is in his second year as Cubmaster.  He has two boys in Scouting and a daughter who will join a Venturing Crew (Boy Scout Troop of boys and girls) soon.


Jamie Tegtmeier, Committee Chair - committeechair@pack828.org

Jamie joined Scouts when her boys were ready to start their Scouting experience.  She is serving her second year as Committee Chair.  Jamie is the behind-the-scenes leader who works endlessly to track and coordinate all events for the Pack.


John Hale, Assistant Cubmaster

John is a great asset to the Pack and is always around to help the Pack.  His favorite thing to do is make the Cubmaster the target of jokes and skits (along with Jay Schell).


Jay Schell, Assistant Cubmaster, Tiger Coordinator

Jay is an active Leader in both Pack 828 as well as Boy Scout Troop 103.  As the Tiger Coordinator, Jay, and Eagle Scout, oversees the newest rank and provides any support they need to get the most out of the Scout program.


Stuart Chavez, Assistant Cubmaster, Webelos Coordinator

Stuart joined the pack in 2009 when his oldest son joined after finishing Kindergarten.  He has been a den leader for four years and served as the Cubmaster of Pack 828 for two years.  Stuart has two boys, Mason and Tyler, who are both Scouts.  Stuart helps the oldest two ranks of Scouts navigate their way through the program.


Shelli LeBret, Advancement Chair - advancement@pack828.org

Shelli is a wonderful addition to the Pack leadership and is in her second year as Advancement Chair.  She coordinates all awards and advancement for the Pack and works tireless hours preparing the awards for over 100 Scouts on a monthly basis.


Susan Driever, Pack Trainer - pack.trainer@pack828.org

As Pack Trainer, Susan keeps the pack leadership informed of changes to training offerings and requirements, aware of training opportunities that arise in the district and the council, and ensures that every leader is up to date on their training so that they can deliver the best program possible for the Scouts.  Susan has previously served as the Committee Chair for two years.
